By registering for an account, booking a ride, or accessing the CitiWeelz platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
CitiWeelz provides a technology platform that enables registered users ("Riders") to arrange and schedule transportation logistics services with independent third-party transportation providers ("Providers"). CitiWeelz itself does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. CitiWeelz utilizes multi-factor authentication and SMS verification; you consent to receiving system-generated SMS messages to verify your identity.
When you register using a Provider's invite link, QR code, or 6-character Company Code, that Provider is designated as your Preferred Network Operator so your bookings route directly to their fleet. Linking to a Preferred Operator is voluntary and not permanent: you may switch to another active Provider by entering their 6-character Company Code, promote a Favorite Operator, or unlink your Preferred Operator at any time in your Favorite Operators settings (for example, if you are dissatisfied with service). Once you switch Preferred Operators, future reservations with your new Preferred Operator are processed as direct bookings with that Provider, with no commission owed to any previously linked Provider. If a linked Provider ceases active operations or falls out of good standing on CitiWeelz, their preferred link is automatically inactive so you may freely book with active verified fleets.
Use of the platform requires you to provide a valid credit card. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By adding a payment method, you authorize CitiWeelz and its affiliated Providers to charge your card for completed services, cancellation fees, and applicable gratuities.
CitiWeelz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.
