• Profile Data: Full legal name, email address, and mobile phone number for verification and trip communications.
• Location & Itinerary Data: Pickup coordinates, flight numbers, drop-off destinations, and intermediate waypoints submitted during booking.
• Payment Information: Handled and vaulted directly by Stripe. CitiWeelz does not store full credit card numbers or security CVV codes on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data strictly to:

• Create, authenticate, and maintain your Rider profile and preferences.
• Dispatch rides and transmit necessary itinerary details to your assigned chauffeur.
• Send automated transactional trip alerts, chauffeur arrival notices, and two-factor authentication security codes via SMS and email.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure & Data Sharing

To provide high-availability service, we collaborate with vetted infrastructure partners:

• Stripe: Direct PCI-DSS compliant credit card authorization, tokenized vaulting, and transaction settlement.
• Twilio: Direct SMS gateway delivering urgent dispatch alerts, 2FA codes, and ETA updates.
• Google Maps API: Accurate geocoding, route computation, and live mileage matrix calculation.
• Fulfilling Fleet Operators: Your designated pickup details and contact number are securely transmitted to the licensed provider executing your trip.

4. Data Security & Encryption

We implement modern security safeguards, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict database access controls, and tokenized credentials to protect your personal information.

5. Your Privacy Rights
