CitiWeelz provides a digital dispatch and booking management platform. CitiWeelz is not a transportation carrier, does not employ drivers, and does not own vehicles. You, the Provider, retain total operational control over your fleet, pricing matrices, and driver management.
By registering as a Provider, you legally certify that your business holds all active, necessary permits to operate in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to PUC-TCP, Federal DOT, and specific Airport Operating Permits). You agree to keep digital copies of your Certificate of Insurance, Vehicle Registrations, and Driver's Licenses current within the CitiWeelz compliance portal.
All transactions processed through the CitiWeelz platform are handled by Stripe. By utilizing our booking engine, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. CitiWeelz is not responsible for funds held or delayed by Stripe due to incomplete identity verification (KYC) or flagged transactions.
Providers may use the platform to transfer ("farm out") rides to other verified operators. You acknowledge that when farming out a ride, you are initiating a direct business-to-business agreement with the receiving operator. CitiWeelz acts strictly as the communication protocol for this transfer and assumes no liability for the fulfillment of farmout trips.
Riders who sign up or connect using your 6-character Company Code, invite link, or QR code are linked to your fleet as their Preferred Operator. However, client linking is never permanent against a Rider's wishes: Riders retain the unrestricted right to switch to another Preferred Operator or unlink at any time if dissatisfied with your service. Once a Rider switches to a new Preferred Operator, all future trips booked with that new Operator are treated as direct bookings for the new Operator with zero referral or originator commission owed to you.
No Passive Royalties โ Active Operational Requirement: Retaining linked clients and earning any farmout originator or out-of-area referral commissions strictly requires that your company remain actively operational and in good standing on CitiWeelz at the time of each trip (including valid commercial operating permits, active commercial insurance, active fleet operations, and a verified Stripe Connect account). Providers may never cease driving or fleet operations and continue collecting passive referral fees or "royalties." Any suspension, compliance lapse, account deactivation, or cessation of active transportation operations immediately terminates eligibility for referral or originator commissions.
As a Provider, you will be granted access to Rider contact and location data solely for the purpose of fulfilling a booked trip. You agree to strictly protect this information and are legally prohibited from using Rider data for external marketing, data selling, or off-platform solicitation.
CitiWeelz reserves the right to suspend or terminate Provider accounts immediately for safety violations, expired insurance, failure to maintain appropriate regulatory permits, or severe breach of these Terms.
