1. Corporate Data Collection

To operate on the CitiWeelz network as a licensed fleet provider, we require operational data:

• Business Profiles: Company name, contact information, branding logos, and operational dispatch addresses.
• Compliance Data: Secure uploads of driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, business licenses, and PUC-TCP documents.
• Financial Information: Processed through Stripe Connect. CitiWeelz does not store your direct routing or checking account numbers on our servers.

2. Usage of Provider Data

The information we collect is strictly utilized to:

• Verify your legal right to operate as a commercial transportation carrier.
• Calculate your exact pricing matrices (Base Rates, Per-Mile, Hourly Minimums) to generate accurate quotes for your riders.
• Facilitate the Farmout Network, allowing your business profile to be viewed securely by other verified operators.

3. Document Storage & Security

Operational permits, licenses, and driver compliance documents uploaded to the platform are stored securely in protected server directories. These documents are explicitly blocked from public web access and can only be viewed by authenticated users (the document owner or authorized system administrators) utilizing secure proxy scripts.

4. Essential Third-Party Integrations

We share necessary data with infrastructure partners solely to run the platform:

• Twilio: Used to dispatch automated SMS notifications, 2FA codes, and ride alerts to you and your drivers.
• Stripe: Used for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, 1099 tax reporting, and payout routing.
• Google Maps API: Used to calculate precise routing and dispatch distances for your active fleet.

5. Data Modification & Deletion

Fleet operators retain full control over their rosters and vehicle lists. You may delete vehicles, detach drivers, and remove business permits at any time via your Operations Dashboard. To completely purge your fleet account from the system, contact privacy@citiweelz.com.
